Anyone who is a full-time student in any Orange County school is eligible. This includes students in either elementary, middle or high school.
Absolutely! No one can be seen without a signed consent.
Yes! You need the form from your Orange County School Board entitled, "Sports Screening Physical Examination." You may obtain this from your school, or from your coach. Bring this form with you along with your parent's signature.
As long as you are a full-time student in Orange County, Florida you qualify!
Between the hours of 9am and 3pm on July 30th, 2011. First come first served.
A special sign-in table will be available for those who register early. You will go to the front of the line. You get a free gift, a free lunch and other cool stuff.
